PHP (Laravel) Developer

At solutions.io we develop custom made applications based to streamline business processes or our clients. Often we handle the entire flow from conceptualization to execution. We operate in various industries and have long term relations with our clients.

To support our projects, we are looking for a strong Full-Stack Laravel Developer to join our team. We’re looking for a hands-on individual who wants to be involved in all stages of a project. You will be asked for input during conception and development to provide the best possible outcomes together with our team. The code you write will be the key to a projects success and you will have a high level of autonomy to build your solution. We work closely with our clients and often act as part of their team, being able to talk to less technical stakeholders is a good skill.

What you bring

• Proven knowledge in Laravel coding, design, development and maintenance.

• Proven knowledge in Vue3 with Inertia.js or Livewire.

• You follow SOLID and DRY principles.

• You care about code quality and security, you write tests to maintain standards and keep yourself up to date.

• Experience integrating, setting up and maintaining API connections.

• An eye for design, detail and understanding of CSS and SASS.

• Experience with the Tailwind CSS framework.

• You’re self-motivated and self-disciplined and thus work well in a flat hierarchy with lots of freedom.

Good to have

• You speak Dutch and/or German, ideally you are in a European timezone.

• Experience with alpine.js.

• You have experience with tools like Laravel Forge or Coolify and can manage Linux servers.

• Don’t mind getting your hands dirty on upgrading some older codebases on occasion.

• Experience with maintaining and optimizing (MySQL) databases.
